Returns (for purchased goods)
We offer a 7-day return policy for purchased items. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds beyond this timeframe. Please note that items sold during sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To qualify for a return, the product must be in pristine condition. It should be returned in its original packaging with all labels or tags intact. To process your return, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. Once reviewed, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp about the status of your return and refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary. Sale items are excluded from returns, refunds, and exchanges. Custom-made outfits tailored to personal measurements are not eligible for return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the transaction to reflect. Sale Items
Products purchased on sale are strictly non-refundable. Exchanges (if applicable) Exchanges are limited to products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, it must be done within 7 days of purchase. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 9889 5602 for assistance.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For items valued at over SGD $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned products during transit. Products returned without an invoice or copy of an invoice may take longer to process. All leotards are custom-made, and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. A detailed “Measurement Guide” (ссылка) is provided for your convenience. However, if you are unsure or uncomfortable taking your own measurements, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sirius Atelier is happy to assist and answer any questions to ensure measurements are taken correctly. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the leotard does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If you are not in agreement with this policy, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order. For any special requests, such as the color and type of main fabric or mesh, rhinestone color and placement, skirt or pants style, sleeve length, or any other specific details, you must communicate these to us prior to placing your order. Please do not make any assumptions—ensure all your preferences are clearly discussed and confirmed in advance. As all leotards are custom-made, Sirius Atelier cannot and will not issue refunds for changes of mind or any other reasons. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not place an order.
Sirius Atelier Exchange Policy
At Sirius Atelier, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, with all items carefully crafted and sourced to meet high standards. If you believe the product you received is incorrect, it may be returned to us in its original, unused condition.
Please note:
- Damage from regular use, wear and tear, or improper handling is not eligible for returns.
- Apparatus should only be used on Rhythmic Gymnastics mats or competition flooring. Using them on unsuitable surfaces will void eligibility for returns.
In cases where the wrong product has been sent, Sirius Atelier will cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item. Replacement items will be delivered to you free of charge, via express or standard courier service, depending on your preference. Let me know if you’d like any additional changes or adjustments!
